Refund and Returns Policy

1. Subscription Refunds

  • No Refunds for Active Subscriptions: Since our IPTV service provides immediate access to digital content, we do not offer refunds once a subscription is activated.
  • No Refunds for Restream  (If you steal our channels).
  • No Refunds for Use Multiple Location (If you are viewing from multiple IPs or different countries with the same username).
  • No Refunds for Negative Review (Intentionally posting a negative review on social media or other website, your account will be immediately suspended, and you may be banned from future purchases.)
  • Exceptions: Refund requests may be considered only in the following cases:
    • Duplicate payment (accidental double charge).
    • Service failure (prolonged downtime that we cannot resolve within 72 hours).
    • Unauthorized transaction (if fraud is proven).

2. Cancellation Policy

  • Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the next billing cycle.
  • How to Cancel:
    • Go to “My Account” → “Subscriptions” → Click “Cancel Auto-Renewal.”
    • You will retain access until the end of your current billing period.

3. Chargebacks & Disputes

  • Chargebacks = Account Suspension: If you file a chargeback without contacting us first, your account will be immediately suspended, and you may be banned from future purchases.
  • Contact Us First: If you have an issue, email [[email protected]] before disputing with your bank.

4. Free Trials (If Applicable)

  • If we offer a free trial, you must cancel before the trial ends to avoid automatic billing.
  • No refunds will be given for failure to cancel before the trial converts to a paid plan.

5. Technical Issues & Eligibility for Refunds

Before requesting a refund, ensure:
✅ You have a stable internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps recommended).
✅ You are using a compatible device (Android, iOS, Smart TV, Firestick, etc.).
✅ You have checked our [Help Center] for troubleshooting.

If the issue is on our end, we will either:

  • Fix the problem within 48 hours.
  • Offer a service credit (if the issue persists).

6. How to Request a Refund (If Eligible)

  1. Email [[email protected]] with:
    • Your transaction ID
    • Reason for refund request
    • Proof of issue (screenshots/videos if applicable)
  2. We will respond within 7 business days.

7. Changes to This Policy
